This is a really great book that encourages children between the ages of 6 and 10 to grow in their knowledge of Christian character and God as well as entertain them with the antics of children their own age. It is full of lessons on faith, kindness, self-control, thankfulness, priorities, and giving gifts to God. It's great as a devotional for a group of kids or a family devotional time. It has a "Things to Think About" and "Let's Act it Out!" section which follow each reading. I used it with my grade 1,2 and 3 class and it worked out really nicely as a discussion based lesson. Would be even better if paper and pen lessons were added to it for classroom use but it is easily adaptable and applicable without them.

I definitely recommend this as a great book for parents or teachers of young children!!
